1 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of the ptgam platform, including the website at ptgam.vu and the ptgam mobile application. By creating an account, logging in, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not create an account or use ptgam services. ptgam reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility

To register and use ptgam, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform from the Philippines.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person for the purpose of gambling.
• You are not listed as a self-excluded player or otherwise restricted from accessing online gaming platforms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of ptgam.

3 Account Registration and Security

Each person may hold only one ptgam account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether for the purpose of bonus farming, circumventing restrictions, or any other reason — is a violation of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. ptgam may request additional documentation to verify your identity at any stage of the relationship, including at registration and before processing withdrawals.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. ptgam will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access that occurs because you shared your password or failed to keep your login details secure. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact ptgam support immediately.

Account security features include SSL-encrypted connections for all platform communications and OTP verification for sensitive account actions. These protections apply automatically — you do not need to activate them separately.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on ptgam are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). ptgam does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies or cryptocurrency.

Accepted deposit methods include Philippine online banking, mobile banking services, and supported local e-wallets. The specific methods available may change from time to time. ptgam is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. ptgam reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal if the transaction triggers internal review thresholds.

ptgam will not process withdrawals to payment accounts that are not registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

5 Betting Rules and Game Conduct

Bets placed on ptgam are final once confirmed. ptgam reserves the right to void bets in cases where system errors, data feed malfunctions, or clearly erroneous odds are identified. Where a bet is voided, the stake is returned to the player's account balance.

For sports betting, results are determined based on the official result as confirmed by the relevant governing body. In cases of dispute or ambiguity, ptgam's decision on the outcome of an event is final.

Players are prohibited from engaging in any of the following:

• Placing bets using automated bots, scripts, or other non-human means.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors in odds to generate guaranteed profit positions.
• Coordinating bets with other players to manipulate outcomes or exploit platform mechanics.
• Any form of match-fixing, inside information misuse, or collusion.

ptgam reserves the right to withhold payment from bets identified as having been placed in violation of these rules, pending investigation.

6 Promotions and Bonuses

From time to time ptgam may offer promotions, bonuses, or cashback arrangements to eligible players. Where such offers are made, the specific terms governing each promotion — including any wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and minimum deposit amounts — will be published alongside the promotion itself.

General principles that apply to all ptgam promotions include:

• Promotions are available to eligible players only, as defined in each offer's specific terms.
• Bonus funds and promotional winnings may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• ptgam reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time.
• Abuse of promotional offers, including account duplication to claim multiple bonuses, will result in promotion forfeit and may lead to account suspension.

7 Account Suspension and Closure

ptgam may suspend or permanently close an account if any of the following apply:

• The account holder has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• The account is found to be in violation of these Terms, including rules against duplicate accounts or betting fraud.
• The account holder requests self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming process.
• The account shows activity consistent with money laundering or other illegal conduct.
• ptgam determines, in its reasonable discretion, that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform or other players.

Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a player's own breach of these Terms, any remaining balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following standard verification procedures.

8 Responsible Gaming

ptgam takes responsible gaming seriously. Gaming is an entertainment activity that carries real financial risk, and ptgam does not promote gaming as a source of income or a way to recover financial losses. No outcome on the ptgam platform is ever guaranteed.

Players who feel their gaming activity is becoming problematic are encouraged to visit the ptgam Responsible Gaming page for guidance and self-management tools. Self-exclusion options are available for players who wish to restrict their own access to the platform.

ptgam is only for players aged 21 and above. Any evidence that a minor has accessed the platform should be reported to ptgam support immediately.

9 Limitation of Liability

ptgam provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we work to maintain continuous and reliable service, ptgam does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and is not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions, technical faults, or force majeure events.

ptgam's liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform is limited to the value of the relevant bet or the balance at the time of a dispute, as applicable. ptgam is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or speculative losses.

10 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Disputes arising from the use of ptgam should first be directed to ptgam customer support for resolution. ptgam will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes fairly and in a timely manner.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, the matter may be escalated according to the processes set out in ptgam's dispute resolution procedures. ptgam's decisions on matters of game results, bet settlement, and bonus eligibility are final subject to applicable legal requirements.
